Discharging rubber hose consists of two flange and one rubber hose, the rubber hose consists of inner rubber layer, cord fabric layer, middle rubber layer, steel wire reinforcement layer, middle rubber layer, cord fabric layer, outer rubber layer. 

Hose Material: 

Tube: Smooth NR/ synthetic rubber, generally color is black

Reinforcement: one or multi-layer spiral fabric reinforcements, steel wire spiral layer

Cover: Oil, abrasion and weather-resistant wrapped synthetic rubber

1. The inner rubber layer has good stiffness, corrosion resistance, strong penetration resistance, high strength, tear resistance, fatigue resistance, and good adhesion to the reinforcement layer.

2.Middle rubber layer: The rubber material is dense and adheres well to the reinforcing layer to protect the reinforcing layer.

3. Outer rubber layer: good abrasion resistance, resistance to harsh weather and environmental conditions, resistance to ozone damage, and strong aging resistance.

3.The reinforcement layer has dense materials, high strength and strong pressure-bearing capacity.

4.It is mainly used for pump irrigation rive water, sand mud dredging, water sunction etc.

The large diameter suction & delivery hose is easy to be connected with the pipeline to reduce the oscillation caused by the waves to make sure smooth flowing in the pipeline.

The floating dredging  rubber hose is used for dredging engineering with matching with Dredger
